Los Sauces
A lovely rustic finca of 4.5 hectares only two kilometres from the village of Jubrique in the heart of the Genal Valley.  The Finca has a country farmhouse of 106m2 on two floors with chestnut beam ceilings. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining room/kitchen with an open fireplace.  The finca is completely furnished ready to move into.  Adjoining the house is a ruin of 60m2 over two floors that could be restored and there is also a small shed for storing worktools. 
The Finca´s primary harvest is Chestnut, but there are many other variety of trees such as walnut, cherry, plum, olives and citrus fruit trees with plenty of track access to harvest the crops.
Only two kilometres from Jubrique by road, the Finca is completely off-grid with water supplied from two natural springs and stored in two large deposit tanks. Electricity is supplied by a solar powered system.
The Finca is ideal for a family wanting to live off-grid yet within easy access to village facilities.
